1. The service
MY VOICE is an AI-assisted personal branding platform, organized into three phases: profile diagnosis, brand platform, and content routine.
2. Account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for the security of your credentials. Creating accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization is prohibited.
3. AI-generated content
Responses, texts, and calendars are automatically generated suggestions. Review them before publishing: you are the author and the final party responsible for everything you publish on your networks.
5. Company journey
If you join through a company invitation, the administrator may view your progress across phases and aggregated metrics. Your personal brand and your texts remain yours.
6. Acceptable use
Using the platform for illegal, discriminatory, or misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights, is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee reach, follower, or business results arising from published content.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
4. Publishing on social networks
Publishing depends on your explicit authorization when connecting your account and only occurs for content you approve or schedule. Use of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram is also subject to each platform's own terms (LinkedIn / Meta).
